Seasoned and Accountable
CHMB’s account managers have years of experience in accounts receivable and revenue cycle optimization. Account managers oversee pre-billing audits, coding analysis and rules-based logic to ensure clean claims; the CHMB account team provides all payment posting, handling of correspondence, appeals, patient account inquiries and follow-up.
CHMB trains each client’s staff in data batching, gathering, conversion and transfer, which equips our clients with custom reporting tools and around-the-clock access to financial and clinical information via CHMB’s Web portal.
Expert Services
CHMB coders, all of whom are certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders, work closely with the account manager, control data entry, quality assurance and posting of all medical services and corresponding transactions, including appeals and collections from insurance and private responsible parties. CHMB coders are also responsible for compliance and reimbursement and provide regular interpretation of payor, MSO and IPA contracts.
